COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, and site functionality.
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, pixels, tags and scripts are used by Takes Two, Kolbe and our partners (e.g. marketing collaborators and sister companies) and analytics. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
We use cookies for the shopping experience to identify any discounts you might be eligible for and to identify your session while viewing your reports. Users can control the use of cookies and pixels at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features, receive discounts or use of some areas of our site may be limited. We and third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML 5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs.
We partner with third parties to either display advertising on our Website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt-out in Profile Settings of your account. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.

SECURITY
When a user pays for a report or places an order online, the user's personal information and credit card information are processed and encrypted by our offsite secure server, www.takestwo.com, www.kolbe.com and secure.kolbe.com, using industry-standard SSL encryption. SSL is short for Secure Sockets Layer, a protocol developed by Netscape for transmitting private documents via the Internet. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that is transferred over the SSL connection. Current major browsers support SSL. When you visit a page that requires an SSL connection, it starts with https: instead of http:. The benefit to housing our server offsite is to provide additional security, secure 24-hour maintenance and backup for our site. Those benefits are then passed on to you, our users. The company that houses the offsite server has limited access to personal and order information captured during the ordering process for purposes of monitoring and troubleshooting errors on the system. They do not, however, have access to secure credit card information.
We take appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. We want you to feel confident using our website to transact business. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, searches, or other communications will always remain secure.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues, such as security breaches. We may post a notice on our Service if a security breach occurs. We may also send an email to you at the email address you have provided. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing. To receive free written notice of a security breach (or to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice), please notify us at info@takestwo.com.
If you have any questions about security on our Website, you can contact us at info@takestwo.com.
COMMUNICATION FROM THE SITE
You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our site because such information may be required in order for you to register as a member; purchase products or services; participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes; ask a question; or initiate other transactions.
When you register on our site, you consent to receive email messages and other notifications from us. We may send you transactional and relationship emails, such as service announcements, administrative notices, and surveys, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
When you register on our site, you are also given the opportunity to allow commercial email and other notifications to be sent to you. At any time you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional emails from us by visiting the "Profile" page associated with your account. You also will be given the opportunity, in any commercial email that we send to you, to opt out of receiving such messages in the future. It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. Please note that changing information in your account, or otherwise opting out of receipt of promotional email communications, will only affect future activities or communications from us. If we have already provided your information to a third party (such as a service provider) before you have changed your preferences or updated your information, you may have to change your preferences directly with that third party.
Our applications may also deliver notifications to your phone or mobile device. You can disable these notifications in your device's settings in your TakesTwo.com account under "Account Settings" or by deleting the relevant application. You can also control information collected by cookies. See below for information about declining or deleting cookies.
